摘要
目的 探究吡柔比星(THP)膀胱灌注法对膀胱癌术后复发的预防效果。方法 抽取2019年3月-7月收治的89例行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术患者作为研究主体，回顾其临床资料探究吡柔比星(THP)膀胱灌注化疗对膀胱癌术后复发的预防效果。结果 本次研究疗程总时长10个月，5-10个月后随访存在87例无复发患者（97.75%），2例复发患者（2.24%）。结论 研究表明，吡柔比星膀胱灌注化疗联合优质护理能够有效预防膀胱安术后复发，并且提高护理质量，最大程度上限制了化疗药物的毒副作用，给药便捷，因此值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the preventive effect of Pirarubicin(THP) bladder perfusion on the recurrence of bladder cancer after surgery. Methods: A total of 89 patients who underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumors from March to July 2019 were selected as the subject of the study, and their clinical data were reviewed to explore the prevention of Pirarubicin(THP) bladder perfusion chemotherapy for postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer effect. Results: The total duration of treatment in this study was 10 months. After 5-10 months, there were 87 relapse-free patients (97.75%) and 2 relapsed patients (2.24%). Conclusion : Studies have shown that Pirarubicinbladder infusion chemotherapy combined with high-quality nursing care can effectively prevent recurrence after bladder angioplasty, and improve the quality of care. It limits the side effects of chemotherapy drugs to the greatest extent and is convenient to administer, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
