摘要

目的 综合探究急诊护理安全影响因素，制定有效完善的急诊护理的应对策略。方法 随机抽取我院急诊科2019年3月-2020年1月录取的100例护理人员作为研究主体，回顾性分析其一般资料，采用我院自制的急诊护理安全影响因素调查问卷对100例急诊科护理人员进行调查研究。结果 急诊护理安全影响因素主要包括护患沟通不佳、心理素质欠佳、法律意识不强、专业知识不全、急救能力不强、护理记录出错、未严格按规程操作以及急诊护理管理不完善等。结论 研究表明，影响急诊护理安全的因素众多，主要源自于护理人员的主观思想，并且医院的现有管理机制也存在部分问题。由此可见，医院应当针对急诊科护理管理机制进行积极的完善与优化，同时适当的加大管理度以及和相关医护人员的教育培训力度。基于此，有效提升急诊科护理人员的专业能力，培养急诊科护理人员的综合素养。

Abstract

Objective: To comprehensively explore the influencing factors of emergency nursing safety and formulate effective and perfect emergency nursing coping strategies. Method: Randomly select 100 nursing staff admitted in our hospital's emergency department from March 2019 to January 2020 as the main body of the study, retrospectively analyze their general data, and use our self-made emergency nursing safety influencing factors questionnaire to 100 emergency department nursing Personnel conduct investigation and research.
Results: The influencing factors of emergency nursing safety mainly include poor communication between nurses and patients, poor psychological quality, weak legal awareness, inadequate professional knowledge, poor first aid ability, error in nursing records, failure to strictly follow procedures and imperfect management of emergency nursing, etc.
Conclusion  : Studies have shown that there are many factors that affect the safety of emergency care, mainly from the subjective thinking of nursing staff, and the existing management mechanism of the hospital also has some problems. This shows that the hospital should actively improve and optimize the nursing management mechanism of the emergency department, and at the same time appropriately increase the management level and the education and training of relevant medical personnel. Based on this, the professional abilities of nurses in emergency department are effectively improved, and the comprehensive qualities of nurses in emergency department are cultivated.
