Observation on the application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in the treatment of large benign prostatic hyperplasia by laparoscopic bladder surgery
泌尿外科经膀胱单孔腹腔镜手术治疗大体积良性前列腺增生症快速康复外科护理应用观察

摘要

目的 探析快速康复外科护理应用于泌尿外科经膀胱单孔腹腔镜手术治疗大体积良性前列腺增生症中的效果观察。方法 本研究开展的时间为2018年1月-2020年1月，便利选取在该时间段内在我院接受泌尿外科经膀胱单孔腹腔镜手术治疗大体积良性前列腺增生症患者40例作为主要研究对象。所有的患者均接受泌尿外科经膀胱单孔腹腔镜手术资料，并使用随机数字表法将患者分到对照组和观察组，对照组（n=20）例患者接受常规护理，观察组（n=20）例患者接受快速康复外科护理，两组患者接受不同方法护理后，对患者的临床状况进行观察和分析，并对相关数据进行统计，尤其是患者术后并发症发生率、护理满意度等数据进行详细记录。同时将记录后的数据进行比较。结果 通过对两组患者的临床观察发现。使用快速康复外科护理的观察组和常规护理的对照组，比较并发症发生率，观察组相对较低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。此外，进行护理满意度比较，观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 研究表明，将快速康复外科护理应用到接受泌尿外科经膀胱单孔腹腔镜手术治疗的大体积良性前列腺增生症患者的护理工作中，能够有效的提高手术效果，同时还能够减少并发症的发生，临床应用价值较高。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing applied in urological surgery through single-bladder laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of large-volume benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Methods: This study was conducted from January 2018 to January 2020. It is convenient to select 40 patients with large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent urological surgery through the single-bladder laparoscopic surgery in our hospital during this period. All patients received laparoscopic single-hole laparoscopic surgery data of the urology department, and the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method. The control group (n = 20) patients received routine care and the observation group (n = 20) patient received rapid rehabilitation surgical care. After two groups of patients received different methods of care, the clinical status of the patient was observed and analyzed, and the relevant data were statistically analyzed, especially the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the patient. The data is recorded in detail. At the same time, compare the recorded data.
Results: Found through clinical observation of the two groups of patients. Comparing the incidence of complications between the observation group using rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing and the control group of routine nursing, the observation group was relatively low, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In addition, for the comparison of nursing satisfaction, the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : Studies have shown that applying rapid rehabilitation surgical care to the care of patients with large-volume benign prostatic hyperplasia who undergo urological surgery through bladder single-hole laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the surgical effect and reduce the occurrence of complications. The clinical application value is higher.
