Influence of evidence-based nursing on postoperative comfort and complications of urological patients
循证护理对泌尿外科患者术后舒适度及并发症的影响

摘要

目的 分析循证护理对泌尿外科患者术后舒适度及并发症的影响。方法 本次对照实验中于我院泌尿外科选取了50例患者作为研究对象，均符合入组标准，并在入组后按照护理方式的不同将其分配为对照组和观察组，每组25例患者，其中对照组使用常规护理，观察组在常规护理方式的基础上使用循证护理，对比两种不同护理模式下的舒适度评分及并发症发生情况。结果 护理前，两组患者的生理、心理等舒适度评分无较大差异，不存在统计学意义，（P＜0.05）；在护理后，观察组患者生理舒适度（78.49±11.49）分，心理（65.16±16.61）分，社会文化（74.22±14.98）分、（90.37±12.34）分；对照组分别为（69.86±14.78）分、（59.17±14.58）分、（70.25±15.32）分、（88.35±12.37）分。组间数据差异较大，存在明显统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。其次，观察组未出现并发症情况，对照组出现1例切口渗血、1例腹胀、1例排尿困难，并发症发生率（12%），对照组并发症发生率明显高于对照组，存在统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。结论 对泌尿外科术后患者采用循证护理可有效降低并发症发生率并提升舒适度，对促进患者康复有积极意义。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on postoperative comfort and complications of urological patients.
Methods: In this controlled experiment, 50 patients were selected as the research object in the urology department of our hospital, all of which met the enrollment criteria, and after enrollment, they were assigned to the control group and the observation group according to different nursing methods, each group were 25 patients, among which the control group used routine nursing, the observation group used evidence-based nursing on the basis of conventional nursing methods, and compared the comfort scores and complications of the two different nursing modes.
Results: Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the physiological and psychological comfort scores of the two groups of patients, and there was no statistical significance (P <0.05); After nursing, the observation group's physical comfort (78.49 ± 11.49), psychological (65.16 ± 16.61), social culture (74.22 ± 14.98), (90.37 ± 12.34); the control group were (69.86 ± 14.78) Points, (59.17 ± 14.58) points, (70.25 ± 15.32) points, (88.35 ± 12.37) points.The data difference between the groups is large, with significant statistical significance (P <0.05). Secondly, there were no complications in the observation group, 1 case of incision bleeding, 1 case of abdominal distension, and 1 case of dysuria in the control group. The incidence of complications (12%) was higher in the control group than in the control group, which hasstatistical significance (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : Evidence-based nursing for patients after urology surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve comfort, which has a positive significance for promoting patient recovery.
