Hidden safety hazards and preventive measures of nursing cooperation in hysteroscopy

摘要
目的 分析宫腔镜手术护理配合的安全隐患和相应的防范措施。方法 选取时间段为2018年12月至2019年12月期间，于我院接受宫腔镜治疗的手术患者共计110例，将其作为本次实验的观察对象，并按照是否分析安全隐患并制定出相应的防范措施分为对照组和观察组，每组患者各55例。对照组患者未进行手术护理配合的安全隐患分析，采用常用的护理措施，观察组患者则是在分析手术护理配合的安全隐患基础上，制定出针对性的防范措施，对比分析两组患者的护理满意度。结果 对比两组患者的护理满意度，观察组为98.18%，对照组为83.63%，观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组，数据对比存在较大的差异性，（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论 在对宫腔镜手术护理配合存在的安全隐患分析基础上，制定出针对性的防范措施，能够促进临床疗效的提高，改善患者对护理工作的满意度，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the hidden safety hazards and corresponding preventive measures of nursing cooperation in hysteroscopy. Methods: A total of 110 surgical patients who received hysteroscopy in our hospital between December 2018 and December 2019 were selected as the observation objects of this experiment The corresponding preventive measures were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 55 patients in each group. The patients in the control group did not analyze the safety hazards of surgical nursing cooperation and used common nursing measures. The patients in the observation group developed specific preventive measures based on the analysis of the safety hazards of surgical nursing cooperation. Satisfaction. Results: Comparing the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients, the observation group was 98.18% and the control group was 83.63%. The observation group's nursing satisfaction was significantly better than the control group. Statistical significance. Conclusion : Based on the analysis of the potential safety hazards in the cooperation of hysteroscopy nursing care, formulating targeted preventive measures can promote the improvement of clinical efficacy and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work, which has clinical promotion value.
