摘要
目的 综合探析医院门诊护理管理不良因素，并制定科学合理的解决措施。方法 回顾性选取我院2019年3月-2020年1月发生的30例综合门诊护理不良事件作为研究内容，针对以上不良事件的内容、类型、发生状况、处理结果进行综合探析，以此制定科学合理的针对性改进措施，并加以具体落实。结果 自医院综合护理门诊实施针对性改进措施以来，不良事件的发生概率得到切实降低。结论 结合不良事件的类型、发生状况、处理结果等相关内容，制定合理、高效的解决措施并加以落实能够有效降低不良事件的发生概率，且在后续的临床护理工作中不断完善与优化，减少不良因素对综合医院门诊护理工作的负面影响，从而进一步提高护理工作的质量。

Abstract
Objective: To comprehensively analyze the unfavorable factors of hospital outpatient nursing management and formulate scientific and reasonable solutions. Methods: Retrospectively selected 30 cases of comprehensive outpatient nursing adverse events in our hospital from March 2019 to January 2020 as the research content, and comprehensively analyzed the content, type, occurrence status, and processing results of the above adverse events to formulate scientific and reasonable targeted improvement measures and concrete implementation. Results: Since the implementation of targeted improvement measures in the hospital's comprehensive nursing clinic, the probability of adverse events has been effectively reduced. Conclusion : Combining the types of adverse events, occurrence status, treatment results and other related contents, formulating reasonable and efficient resolution measures and implementing them can effectively reduce the probability of adverse events, and continue to improve and optimize in the subsequent clinical nursing work to reduce adverse factors have a negative impact on outpatient nursing work in general hospitals, thereby further improving the quality of nursing work.
