Psychological characteristics and nursing countermeasures of women undergoing assisted reproductive and reproductive treatment
接受辅助生殖再生育治疗女性的心理特点和护理对策

摘要

目的 探析接受辅助生殖再生育治疗女性的心理特点和护理对策。方法 本次研究对象选取于2018年11月-2019年12月在我院接受辅助生殖再升职治疗的女性，共计70例。采用回顾性分析法对所有研究对象的相关资料进行详细的分析，总结此类女性心理特点，并根据结果制定相应的护理措施。同时比较干预前后女性SAS评分情况。结果 通过分析得知，焦虑情绪是接受辅助生殖在生殖治疗女性的心理特点之一，该影响因素较多，包括生育目的、对胎儿性别的期望、治疗效果等。针对这一特点，需要相关人员给予全面的健康宣教，尤其是体外受精-胚胎移植技术知识方面的宣传，并针对存在焦虑情绪的女性，进行针对性的心理护理。干预后接受治疗的女性其不良情绪得到了明显的改善，与干预前相比存在明显差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 本研究表明，通过全面分析接受辅助生殖再生殖治疗女性的心理特点，采取相应的护理对策，能够有效的改善起焦虑情绪，对临床效果的提升有着积极作用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the psychological characteristics and nursing strategies of women undergoing assisted reproductive and reproductive treatment.
Methods: A total of 70 women who underwent assisted reproductive retreatment in our hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 were selected for this study. A retrospective analysis method was used to conduct a detailed analysis of all relevant data of the research subjects, summarize the psychological characteristics of such women, and formulate corresponding nursing measures based on the results. At the same time, the SAS scores of females before and after intervention were compared.
Results: Through analysis, it is known that anxiety is one of the psychological characteristics of women undergoing assisted reproduction in reproductive treatment, which has many influencing factors, including reproductive purposes, expectation of fetal gender, and treatment effects. In response to this feature, relevant personnel are required to give comprehensive health education, especially in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer technology knowledge promotion, and targeted psychological care for women with anxiety. After the intervention, the women who received treatment had significantly improved their bad mood, which was significantly different from that before the intervention, with statistical significance (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : This study shows that by comprehensively analyzing the psychological characteristics of women undergoing assisted reproductive and reproductive treatment and adopting corresponding nursing strategies, they can effectively improve anxiety and have a positive effect on the improvement of clinical effects.
