Observation on the application of laparoscopic surgery in urology surgery for rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing
泌尿外科腹腔镜手术快速康复外科护理应用观察

摘要

目的 探讨在泌尿外科腹腔镜手术治疗方式下实施快速康复外科护理的应用效果。方法 于2019年6月-2020年2月我院接受泌尿外科腹腔镜手术治疗的患者中，随机选取80例为研究对象，根据临床护理方式上存在的差异，将其分组展开实验。在以往常规围手术护理模式下，医护人员按照护理管理制度的相关规定，开展术前宣教、术中体位、体温、生命体征等各方面的护理工作，将这种护理模式用于对照组患者。在对观察组患者临床护理中，常规护理内容同上，另外增加使用快速康复外科护理。结果 从两组患者术后排便时间、肛门排气时间、并发症发生率各项指标的比较上来看，观察组患者占据明显优势，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 将快速康复外科护理贯穿于泌尿外科腹腔镜手术护理工作中，护理内容更加全面、具体，实现了护理细节上质量的把控，有利于患者术后身体的尽快康复，整体护理效果较好。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing under laparoscopic surgical treatment of urology.
Methods: From June 2019 to February 2020, among the patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital, 80 patients were randomly selected as the research object. According to the differences in clinical nursing methods, they were divided into groups to conduct experiments. In the past conventional perioperative nursing mode, medical staff carried out nursing work in various aspects such as preoperative education, postoperative position, body temperature, vital signs and other aspects in accordance with the relevant provisions of the nursing management system, and used this nursing mode for the control group. In the clinical care of patients in the observation group, the content of routine care is the same as above, and the use of rapid rehabilitation surgical care is added.
Results: From the comparison of the indexes of postoperative defecation time, anal exhaust time, and the incidence of complications in the two groups of patients, the observation group had a clear advantage, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : The rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing is carried out in the urological surgery laparoscopic surgery nursing work. The nursing content is more comprehensive and specific, and the quality of the nursing details is controlled.
