摘要
目的 对急性上消化道出血的内科护理方法及效果进行研究，以期能够为护理人员开展后续工作提供些许参考。方法 本次实验择取2018年8月-2019年8月本院就诊的急性上消化道出血患者70例，通过抽签将患者分为甲乙两组，两组患者人数相同。在实验过程中，甲组患者接受常规护理，乙组患者接受常规护理联合内科护理，统计和记录两组患者护理满意情况及不良事件出现情况。结果 研究结果显示，相比甲组，乙组患者护理满意度较高，两组之间存在明显差异，具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组，乙组患者不良事件出现几率较低，两组之间差异显著，具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 相比常规护理，常规护理联合内科护理在急性上消化道出血患者护理中有着更好的效果，其能够在一定程度上促进患者护理满意度的提升，减少不良事件的出现，具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract
Objective: To study the medical nursing methods and effects of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding, in order to provide some reference for the nursing staff to carry out the follow-up work. Methods: In this experiment, 70 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected, and the patients were divided into two groups, the same number of patients. In the course of the experiment, patients in group A received routine care, and patients in group B received routine care combined with medical care. Statistics and records of the satisfaction of the two groups of patients and the occurrence of adverse events. Results: The results of the study showed that compared with group A, the satisfaction of patients in group B was higher, and there were significant differences between the two groups, which was statistically significant (p <0.05). Compared with group A, the incidence of adverse events in patients in group B Lower, the difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion : Compared with conventional nursing, conventional nursing combined with medical nursing has a better effect in the nursing of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. It can promote the improvement of patient satisfaction to a certain extent and reduce the occurrence of adverse events. Realistic significance.
