Application of bedside responsibility system nursing in cardiovascular medicine
床边责任制护理在心血管内科中的应用

摘要

目的 对心血管内科护理中床边责任制护理的应用价值进行研究，以期能够为心血管内科护理人员开展工作提供一些参考。方法 本次实验共计选择2018年2月-2020年2月期间心血管内科患者146例，通过掷骰子的方法将所选患者分为甲组及乙组，两组患者人数保持一致。护理人员在实验过程中通过一般护理手段对甲组患者进行护理，通过床边责任制护理对乙组患者进行护理，对两组患者不良事件出现情况、护理满意情况及住院时长进行记录和分析。结果 在不良事件出现情况方面，乙组患者远远少于甲组患者，甲组共计出现8例不良事件，不良事件出现几率为10.96%，乙组共计出现2例不良事件，不良事件出现几率为2.74%，不良事件出现几率方面表现出较大差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）；在护理满意度方面，与甲组患者相比，乙组较高，甲组患者护理满意度为80.82%，乙组患者护理满意度为95.89%，护理满意度方面表现出较大差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）；在住院时长方面，甲组患者明显长于乙组患者，甲组患者住院时长为（6.3±2.1）天，乙组患者住院时长为（11.6±2.4）天，住院时长方面表现出较大差异，数据呈现统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 在心血管内科护理中床边责任制护理有着较高的应用价值，其能够在一定程度上减少不良事件的出现，提高患者护理满意度，缩短患者住院时长。

Abstract

Objective: To study the application value of bedside responsibility nursing in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing, so as to provide some reference for cardiovascular nursing staff to carry out their work.
Methods: In this experiment, a total of 146 patients with cardiovascular medicine were selected from February 2018 to February 2020. The selected patients were divided into Group A and Group B by rolling the dice. The number of patients in the two groups remained the same. During the experiment, the nurses took care of the patients in Group A through general nursing methods, and took care of the patients in Group B through bedside responsibility system nursing, and recorded and analyzed the occurrence of adverse events, nursing satisfaction and the length of hospitalization of the patients in both groups.
Results: In terms of the occurrence of adverse events, the patients in group B were far less than those in group A. A total of 8 adverse events occurred in group A, the probability of adverse events was 10.96%, and a total of 2 adverse events occurred in group B, the probability of adverse events was 2.74%, showing a large difference in the probability of adverse events, the data showed statistical significance (p <0.05); in terms of nursing satisfaction, compared with patients in group A, group B was higher, and patients in group A were satisfied with nursing 80.82%, the satisfaction of nursing in group B patients was 95.89%, the nursing satisfaction showed a big difference, the data showed statistical significance (p <0.05); in terms of length of hospitalization, patients in group A were significantly longer than patients in group B, The length of stay in the group A was (6.3 ± 2.1) days, and the length of stay in the group B was (11.6 ± 2.4) days. The length of hospitalization showed a large difference, and the data showed statistical significance (p <0.05).
Conclusion  : The bedside responsibility system nursing has high application value in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing. It can reduce the occurrence of adverse events to a certain extent, improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, and shorten the patient's length of hospitalization.
