摘要
目的 分析消化内科重症患者应用肠内营养的护理疗效。方法 对本院2017年4月-2018年4月收治的50例消化内科重症患者进行此次研究，按挂号先后顺序均分为参照组和观察组，各25例。参照组用常规护理，观察组用肠内营养护理，比较两组的护理满意度、并发症情况。结果 护理后，参照组的护理满意度显著低于观察组；参照组的并发症情况显著高于观察组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 消化内科重症患者应用肠内营养护理后发生了更好变化，提高了护理效果，保障了机体对营养的吸收能力，更好的保护了患者的健康，值得在消化内科重症患者护理中大范围推广。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the nursing effect of enteral nutrition on severe patients in digestive medicine. Methods: This study was performed on 50 patients with severe gastroenterology who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018. They were divided into reference group and observation group in order of registration, with 25 cases in each. The reference group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given enteral nutrition. The nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared. Results: After nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the observation group; the complications of the reference group were significantly higher than that of the observation group, which was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion s: After enteral nutrition nursing, the patients with severe digestive diseases undergo better changes, which improves the nursing effect, guarantees the body's ability to absorb nutrients, and better protects the patient's health, which is worth promote among the patients.
