摘要
目的：研究心血管内科护理中不安全因素，并采取适当措施进行应对，以达到规避风险的目的。方法：本次实验抽取本院2019年1月~2019年12月期间就诊的66例心血管内科患者，通过抽签将所选患者分为甲组及乙组，两组患者人数相同。实验过程中，甲组患者接受常规护理，乙组患者接受风险防范护理，对两组患者风险事件出现情况、护患矛盾出现情况及患者护理满意情况进行统计和记录。结果：研究结果显示，相比甲组患者，乙组患者风险事件出现几率较低，两组之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组，乙组护患矛盾出现几率较低，两组之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组患者，乙组患者护理满意度较高，两组患者之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论：在心血管内科护理中风险防范护理有着较好的效果，其能够在一定程度上降低风险事件及护患矛盾出现几率，促进患者护理满意度的提升，具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract
Objective: To study the unsafe factors in cardiovascular medical nursing and take appropriate measures to deal with it in order to achieve the purpose of risk avoidance. Methods: Sixty-six cardiovascular patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected in this experiment. The selected patients were divided into group A and group B by lottery. The number of patients in both groups was the same. During the experiment, patients in group A received routine care and patients in group B received risk prevention care. Statistics and records of the occurrence of risk events, the emergence of contradictions between patients and patients, and the satisfaction of patient care were performed in both groups. Results: The results of the study showed that compared with patients in group A, the incidence of risk events was lower in group B, and the differences between the two groups were more prominent, with statistical significance (p <0.05). Compared with group A, the probability of occurrence about the contradiction between nurses and patients is low, the difference between the two groups is more prominent, and there is statistical significance (p <0.05); compared with the patients in group A, the patient satisfaction in group B is higher, and the difference between the two groups is more prominent, and there is statistical significance (p <0.05). Conclusion : Risk prevention nursing has a good effect in cardiovascular medical nursing. It can reduce the occurrence of risk events and nursing-patient contradiction to a certain extent, and promote the improvement of patient care satisfaction, which has certain practical significance.
