小儿先天性心脏病护理中的健康教育

摘要
目的：综合探析健康教育在小儿先天性心脏病护理中的应用效果。方法：随机抽取我院2019年1月~2019年12月收治的100例先天性心脏病患儿作为研究主体，患儿知情且法定监护人已签订知情同意书，具体将其分为观察组与对照组，每组建制50例，给予50例对照组患儿常规先天性心脏病护理，而观察组患儿则在此基础上实施健康教育干预，对比两组患儿家长对用药、饮食、康复护理和家庭护理相关知识的掌握程度以及临床护理满意度。结果：刚入院时，两组患儿家长对用药、饮食、康复护理和家庭护理等方面的知识掌握程度评分持平，并无显著差异（P＞0.05）；实施干预后，观察组患儿家长的临床护理满意度明显高于对照组的患儿家长，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：研究表明，健康教育能够帮助先天性心脏病患儿快速康复，同时有效提升患儿家长对用药、饮食、康复护理以及家庭护理等各项健康知识的牢固掌握，以此进一步提高患儿家长对疾病的认知程度，值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective: To comprehensively analyze the effect of health education in the nursing of children with congenital heart disease. Methods: A random sample of 100 children with congenital heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 was selected as the research subject. The children were informed and the legal guardian had signed the informed consent form. They were specifically divided into observation group and control group. With 50 patients in each group, given routine control of congenital heart disease in 50 children in the control group, and the children in the observation group implemented health education intervention based on this, comparing the parents of the two groups with medication, diet and rehabilitation care Mastery of home care related knowledge and clinical nursing satisfaction. Results: At the time of admission, the parents of the two groups of children had similar scores on their knowledge of medication, diet, rehabilitation care and home care, and there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). The clinical nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the parents of the children in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion : Research shows that health education can help children with congenital heart disease to recover quickly, and at the same time effectively improve the parents of children with a solid grasp of health knowledge such as medication, diet, rehabilitation care and home care, so as to further improve the parents of children. The degree of awareness of the disease is worth clinical promotion.
