细节护理在神经外科护理中的应用体会

摘要

目的：分析细节护理在神经外科护理工作中的临床应用价值。方法：本次对照实验中于我院神经外科选取了70例神经外科类疾病患者作为研究对象，均符合入组标准，并按照护理方式的不同将患者随机分配为了参照组和研究组，每组35例患者。参照组使用常规护理，研究组在常规护理方式的基础上增加细节护理，于护理后对比各方面护理质量、并发症发生情况。结果：使用细节护理的研究组，沟通能力（98.33±1.56）分，护理态度（98.57±1.36）分，护理技能（97.85±1.95）分；而使用常规护理方式的参照组，沟通能力、护理态度、护理技能等方面评分分别为（90.22±2.36）分、（88.74±2.51）分、（90.19±3.62）分，研究组护理质量明显高于参照组，数据间差异明显有统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。其次，研究组出现2例并发症情况，并发症发生率（5.71%）；参照组出现8例并发症情况，并发症发生率（22.85%），参照组并发症发生率明显高于研究组，（P＜0.05）。结论：将细节护理用于神经外科护理工作中有极高的应用价值，对促进患者康复有积极作用。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical application value of detail nursing in neurosurgical nursing.
Methods: In this controlled experiment, 70 patients with neurosurgical diseases were selected as the research subjects in our department of neurosurgery, all met the inclusion criteria, and the patients were randomly assigned to the reference group and the study group according to the different nursing methods. Each group 35 patients. The reference group used conventional nursing. The research group added detailed nursing on the basis of conventional nursing methods, and compared the quality of nursing and the occurrence of complications after nursing.
Results: The study group using detailed nursing, communication ability (98.33 ± 1.56) points, nursing attitude (98.57 ± 1.36) points, nursing skills (97.85 ± 1.95) points; while the reference group using conventional nursing methods, communication ability, nursing attitude , nursing skills and other scores were (90.22 ± 2.36) points, (88.74 ± 2.51) points, (90.19 ± 3.62) points, the quality of care in the study group was significantly higher than the reference group, and the differences between the data were statistically significant, (P <0.05). Secondly, there were 2 cases of complications in the study group, the incidence of complications (5.71%); 8 cases of complications in the reference group, the incidence of complications (22.85%), and the incidence of complications in the reference group was significantly higher than that in the study group(P <0.05).
Conclusion  : The use of detail nursing in neurosurgical nursing work has extremely high application value and has a positive effect on promoting patient rehabilitation.
