饮食指导在泌尿外科护理中的应用

摘要

目的:探究将饮食指导应用于泌尿外科护理工作中的临床效果。方法:本次对照实验中,于我院泌尿外科选取70例存在泌尿外科类疾病的患者作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同将患者随机分配为参照组和研究组,每组35例患者,并分别使用常规护理、饮食指导,对比两种不同护理方式下患者病症复发率、知识掌握率及满意度。结果:在常规护理方式的基础上增加饮食指导的研究组,仅出现1例复发情况,复发率(2.85%),而使用单纯常规护理的参照组,出现9例复发情况,复发率(25.71%),研究组复发率明显低于参照组,数据间差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。其次,研究组患者饮食知识掌握率、护理满意度均显著高于参照组,(P<0.05)。结论:对泌尿外科疾病患者采用饮食指导可有效提高护理针对性,对促进患者康复有积极作用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical effects of applying dietary guidance to urological nursing work.
Methods: In this controlled experiment, 70 patients with urological diseases were selected as the research subjects in the urology department of our hospital, and the patients were randomly assigned to the reference group and the study group according to the different nursing methods, with 35 patients in each group, and using routine nursing and dietary guidance, the patients' recurrence rates, knowledge mastery rates, and satisfaction rates were compared in two different care modes.
Results: The dietary guidance study group was added on the basis of conventional nursing methods, and only one case of recurrence occurred, with a recurrence rate (2.85%), while the reference group using only conventional care experienced 9 cases of recurrence, with the recurrence rate (25.71% ). The recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, and the difference between the data was statistically significant (P <0.05). Secondly, the dietary knowledge grasping rate and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher in the study group than in the reference group (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : The use of dietary guidance for patients with urological diseases can effectively improve the targeted care and have a positive effect on promoting patients' rehabilitation.
