优质护理管理模式在皮肤科护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的：探析在皮肤科护理中使用优质护理管理模式的应用效果。方法：选取我院2019年1月~2020年1月皮肤科收治的患者40例，实施常规护理，并将其分到对照组，选取同期收治的另外40例接受优质护理管理模式+常规护理的患者，将其分到观察组。两组患者接受不同方法护理后，对其临床状况进行观察和分析，并将相关数据进行详细记录，同时比较两组患者的治疗效果和护理满意度。结果：接受常规护理＋优质护理管理模式的观察组，其治疗效果明显高于采取常规护理的对照组，两组差异显著有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；另外，对照组患者的护理满意度低于观察组，相比之下，同样存在明显区别和统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：经过优质护理管理模式的应用效果分析得知，在皮肤科护理中应用优质护理管理模式，不仅能够提高患者护理满意度，而且对临床治疗效果的提升有着促进作用，值得临床中应用和推广。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the application effect of using high-quality nursing management mode in dermatology nursing.
Methods: Forty patients admitted to our dermatology department from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for routine care and assigned to the control group. Another 40 patients who received high-quality care management mode + routine care during the same period were selected. Patients were assigned to the observation group. After receiving care in different ways, the two groups of patients were observed and analyzed, and the relevant data were recorded in detail. At the same time, the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results: The observation group receiving conventional nursing + high-quality nursing management mode had a significantly higher treatment effect than the control group receiving conventional nursing, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). In addition, the satisfaction of patients in the control group was lower than the observation group, there were also significant differences and statistical significance (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : The application effect analysis of high-quality nursing management model shows that applying high-quality nursing management model in dermatology care can not only improve patient care satisfaction, but also promote the improvement of clinical treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
