摘要
目的 分析髋关节置换术中应用基于风险评估策略的分层干预的价值。方法 将2025年1月-2025年11月内接受髋关节置换术后的195例患者区组随机法分为2组，观察组98例实施基于风险评估策略的分层干预，对照组97例实施常规术后护理，对比相关观察指标。结果 护理后，观察组HHS髋部评分、疼痛评分、Barthel指数量评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 髋关节置换术应用基于风险评估策略的分层干预，能有效缓解疼痛，促进髋关节功能恢复，提高自理能力。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of applying stratified intervention based on risk assessment strategies in hip joint replacement surgeries. Methods From January 2025 to November 2025, 195 patients who underwent hip replacement surgery were randomly divided into two groups. 98 patients in the observation group received stratified intervention based on risk assessment strategies, while 97 patients in the control group received routine postoperative care. The relevant observation indicators were compared. Results After the nursing intervention, the HHS hip score, pain score, and Barthel index score of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of stratified intervention based on risk assessment strategy in hip joint replacement surgery can effectively relieve pain, promote the recovery of hip joint function, and enhance the self-care ability.
