Nursing application of dual-flow injection technique in CT enhancement
双流注射法在CT增强中的护理应用

摘要

目的 探究双流注射法在CT增强中的护理应用价值。方法 以2025年3月-2026年3月为研究时间，选入接受CT增强扫描的患者94例为观察对象。按照随机数字表法将患者归纳为两组，每组均为47例。参照组为传统单流注射法，试验组为双流注射法。观察两组图像质量、对比剂用量、不良事件发生率。结果 （1）观察两组图像质量，与参照组对照，试验组评分更高，P＜0.05。（2）在对比剂用量方面，试验组剂量少于参照组，P＜0.05。（3）试验组不良事件发生率比参照组低，P＜0.05。结论 CT增强扫描护理期间，通过应用双流注射法，能够提高图像质量。此种注射形式还可减少对比剂用量，对降低患者发生不良事件的风险作用积极。

Abstract

Objective To explore the nursing value of the dual-flow injection technique in CT enhancement.
Methods From March 2025 to March 2026, a total of 94 patients undergoing CT enhancement scans were selected as study subjects. Patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group received conventional single-flow injection, while the experimental group received dual-flow injection. Image quality, contrast agent dosage, and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.
Results (1) Regarding image quality, the experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). (2) In terms of contrast agent usage, the experimental group required less contrast agent than the control group (P<0.05). (3) The incidence of adverse events was lower in the experimental group compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   During CT enhancement scanning, applying the dual-flow injection technique can improve image quality. This injection method also reduces contrast agent consumption and effectively lowers the risk of adverse events in patients.
