A brief discussion on the coordination strategy of cardiovascular interventional surgery nursing
浅谈心血管介入手术护理的配合策略

摘要

目的 分析心血管介入手术护理的配合策略。方法 回顾分析2025年1月-2025年12月60例心血管介入手术患者病历资料，其中2025年1月-2025年6月30例心血管介入手术患者采取常规护理，设定为对照组；2025年7月-2025年12月30例心血管介入手术患者采取手术全程护理，设定为观察组。对比两组干预结局（并发症发生率、心理弹性、护理配合度、手术有关指标、护理满意度）。结果 观察组各个观察指标（并发症发生率、心理弹性、护理配合度、手术有关指标、护理满意度）均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 心血管介入手术实施手术全程护理能够降低并发症发生率，改善心理状况，提高护理配合度，保证手术效果，达到护理满意标准，值得采纳。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the coordination strategies of cardiovascular intervention surgery nursing.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 60 patients who underwent cardiovascular intervention surgery from January 2025 to December 2025. Among them, 30 patients who underwent cardiovascular intervention surgery from January 2025 to June 2025 received routine nursing care and were set as the control group; From July 2025 to December 2025, 30 patients undergoing cardiovascular intervention surgery were provided with full surgical care and were designated as the observation group. Compare the outcomes of two intervention groups (incidence of complications, psychological resilience, nursing cooperation, surgical related indicators, nursing satisfaction).
Results All observation indicators in the observation group (incidence of complications, psychological resilience, nursing cooperation, surgical related indicators, nursing satisfaction) were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing full process nursing for cardiovascular intervention surgery can reduce the incidence of complications, improve psychological conditions, enhance nursing cooperation, ensure surgical outcomes, and meet nursing satisfaction standards, which is worthy of adoption.
