Impact and application research of evidence-based emergency poisoning care process reengineering on rescue efficiency
基于循证的急诊中毒护理流程再造对抢救时效的影响及应用研究

摘要

目的 分析循证导向的急诊中毒护理流程优化对急性中毒患者抢救时效的干预效果。方法 纳入2025年1-12月收治的急性中毒患者64例，随机数字表法均分为两组各32例。对照组行常规急诊护理，观察组实施循证护理流程再造，对比两组抢救时效指标及不良事件发生率。结果 观察组各节点处置时长、总抢救时间均短于对照组（均P<0.05）；急救不良事件发生率为9.38%，低于对照组的34.38%（P<0.05）。结论 基于循证的急诊中毒护理流程再造能够有效缩短急性中毒患者各环节的抢救用时，提升整体抢救时效，并减少急救不良事件的发生。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the impact of evidence-informed reengineering of emergency poisoning nursing workflows on rescue timeliness in patients with acute poisoning.
Methods A total of 64 patients with acute poisoning presenting to the emergency department from January to December 2025 were enrolled and equally assigned to a control group and an observation group (32 cases/group) via the random number table method. The control group received conventional emergency nursing care, while the observation group was managed under the evidence-informed reengineered poisoning-specific nursing workflow. Rescue timeliness metrics and the incidence of adverse emergency events were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group had significantly shorter durations for each emergency response step and total rescue time than the control group (all P<0.05). The incidence of adverse emergency events was 9.38% in the observation group, significantly lower than 34.38% in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Evidence-based emergency poisoning care process reengineering can effectively shorten the rescue time of acute poisoning patients at each stage, improve the overall rescue efficiency, and reduce the occurrence of emergency adverse events.
