Evaluation of the effectiveness of perioperative care implementation in cardiovascular interventional DSA operating rooms
心血管介入DSA手术间围手术期护理实施精细化护理的效果评价

摘要

目的 探讨心血管介入DSA手术间围手术期护理实施精细化护理的效果。方法 筛选2023年6月至2024年8月在本院行心血管介入DSA手术的46例患者临床资料，通过随机分组法将所有病例均分两组，每组23例。对照组予以临床常规护理服务，观察组全程采用精细化护理干预，对比两组患者住院周期、情绪状态变化、术后并发症发生概率及护理满意情况。结果 观察组的住院时间低于对照组（p＜0.05）；护理前，两组患者的负面情绪（p＞0.05）；护理后，观察组患者的负面情绪指标低于对照组（p＜0.05）；观察组患者的并发症发生概率低于对照组（p＜0.05）；护理满意度较对照组高（p＜0.05）差异均有统计学意义。结论 在心血管介入DSA手术间围术期护理中，实施精细化护理能够缩短患者的住院时间，减轻患者的疼痛感受程度，同时降低患者并发症发生概率，提高了手术的安全性，患者的护理满意度较高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of meticulous nursing in perioperative nursing for patients undergoing cardiovascular interventional DSA surgery.
Methods The clinical data of 46 patients who underwent cardiovascular interventional DSA surgery in our hospital from June 2023 to August 2024 were screened. All patients were randomly divided equally into two groups, with 23 cases in each group. The control group received routine clinical nursing services, while the observation group was given meticulous nursing intervention throughout the treatment. The length of hospital stay, changes in emotional status, incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in negative emotions between the two groups (P＞0.05). After nursing, the negative emotion indicators of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05), and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). All differences were statistically significant.
Conclusion   In the perioperative nursing of cardiovascular interventional DSA surgery, meticulous nursing can shorten patients’ hospital stay, relieve their pain, reduce the incidence of complications, improve surgical safety and achieve high nursing satisfaction.
