Effect of detailed care on intervention in maxillofacial flap repair
细节护理在颌面部皮瓣修复中的干预效果

摘要

目的 探讨在口腔颌面部皮瓣修复术中应用细节护理的干预效果。方法 研究对象为在我院行口腔颌面部皮瓣修复术的80例患者，研究起止时段为2020年3月-2024年11月。随机数字法分为实施常规护理的对照组与实施细节护理的观察组，各40例。比较两组术后不同时段疼痛评分，对比两组住院时间及血肿、皮瓣局部坏死发生率。结果 观察组术后1-3天疼痛评分分别为（5.07±0.59）分、（3.28±0.21）分、（1.56±0.14）分，均低于对照组的（6.10±0.46）分、（3.85±0.34）分、（2.10±0.19）分，差异显著（P<0.05）；观察组住院时间短于对照组，血肿发生率与对照组相比明显降低，两组结果对比存在统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者的皮瓣局部坏死发生率对比差异较小（P>0.05）。结论 给予口腔颌面部皮瓣修复术患者细节护理的效果显著，不仅能降低术后疼痛，减少血肿的发生，还能促进患者的恢复，建议临床推广与使用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy of detailed nursing intervention in oral and maxillofacial flap reconstruction surgery.
Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent oral and maxillofacial flap reconstruction surgery at our hospital were enrolled in this study, with the study period spanning from March 2020 to November 2024. Using a random number generation method, the patients were divided into a control group (receiving conventional nursing care) and an observation group (receiving detailed nursing care), with 40 patients in each group. Postoperative pain scores at different time points were compared between the two groups, and the lengths of hospital stay as well as the incidence of hematoma and local flap necrosis were also compared.
Results The postoperative pain scores at 1–3 days in the observation group were (5.07 ± 0.59) points, (3.28 ± 0.21) points, and (1.56 ± 0.14) points, respectively, all significantly lower than those in the control group [(6.10 ± 0.46) points, (3.85 ± 0.34) points, and (2.10 ± 0.19) points], respectively (P <0.05). The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the incidence of hematoma was significantly lower compared to the control group; the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The difference in the incidence of local flap necrosis between the two groups was minimal (P> 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing detailed nursing care for patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial flap reconstruction surgery yields significant benefits, including reducing postoperative pain, decreasing the incidence of hematoma, and facilitating patient recovery; therefore, this approach is recommended for clinical adoption and implementation.
