The impact of rehabilitation nursing on patients with ankle fractures
康复护理对踝关节骨折患者的影响

摘要

目的 探索踝关节骨折采取康复护理效果。方法 本文研究时间为2025年5月-2025年11月，研究对象为踝关节骨折患者，研究例数50例。将研究对象根据随机数表法分组，分为两个小组，一组使用常规护理方法，一组使用康复护理方法，分别设定为对照组，观察组，均为25例。结果 观察组各个观察指标（AOFAS评分、临床指标情况、护理满意度、SF-36评分）均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 康复护理对踝关节骨折患者的影响较大，可加快骨折恢复，提高踝关节功能，提高生活质量，获得患者护理满意评价，值得采纳。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing for ankle fractures.
Methods This study was conducted from May 2025 to November 2025, with 50 patients suffering from ankle fractures as the research subjects. The research subjects were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method: one group received conventional nursing methods and the other received rehabilitation nursing methods. The control group and the observation group were set up with 25 cases each.
Results All observation indicators (AOFAS score, clinical indicators, nursing satisfaction, SF-36 score) in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Rehabilitation nursing has a significant impact on patients with ankle fractures, which can accelerate fracture recovery, improve ankle joint function, enhance quality of life, and obtain satisfactory nursing evaluations from patients. It is worth adopting.
