The application and effect of airway care management in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure
气道护理管理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析系统化气道护理管理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）合并呼吸衰竭患者中的临床应用效果，重点分析其对患者血气指标和肺功能的影响。方法 将本院收治的90例患者按随机数字表法分为两组，对照组予常规护理，观察组实施系统化气道护理管理，对比两组干预效果。结果 干预后观察组PaO₂、SpO₂、FEV₁、FVC、FEV₁/FVC均显著高于对照组，PaCO₂明显低于对照组（P均＜0.05）。结论 系统性气道护理管理整合了评估、干预与风险防控，针对性解决了COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者气道管理中的关键难点，有效改善患者血气指标和肺功能，具有明确的临床实用价值与推广意义。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of systematic airway nursing management in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with respiratory failure, with a focus on its impact on blood gas indicators and lung function.
Methods A total of 90 patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group underwent systematic airway nursing management. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.
Results After intervention, the observation group exhibited significantly higher PaO₂, SpO₂, FEV₁, FVC, and FEV₁/FVC levels than the control group, while PaCO₂ was significantly lower (all P<0.05).
Conclusion   The systematic airway care management integrates assessment, intervention, and risk prevention, specifically addressing key challenges in airway management for COPD patients with respiratory failure. It effectively improves patients’ blood gas indicators and lung function, demonstrating clear clinical practical value and significance for widespread application.
