The effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing quality evaluation intervention in traditional Chinese medicine nursing management
中医护理管理中应用中医特色护理质量评价干预的效果

摘要

目的 探讨中医特色护理质量评价标准在中医医院护理管理中的应用效果，为提升中医护理管理质量提供实践依据。方法 选择2024年6月至2024年12月某三级中医院住院患者120例以及在职护理人员20人为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各60例。观察组在常规护理管理基础上，依据三级中医医院评审标准实施细则，结合医院实际情况制定并实施中医特色护理质量评价标准，干预共6个月；对照组沿袭常规护理质量管理模式。比较两组护士对中医护理方案的掌握情况、中医护理技术操作合格率、中医治疗烫伤风险发生率以及患者对中医治疗的依从性和护理满意度。结果 干预结束时，观察组护理总体满意度（96.67%）显著高于对照组（80.00%）护士对中医护理方案的掌握情况、中医护理技术操作合格率、患者对中医治疗的依从性明显优于对照组，中医治疗烫伤发生率低于对照组。结论 在中医医院护理管理中应用中医特色护理质量评价标准，能有效提升护士对中医护理方案的掌握程度，规范中医护理技术操作，降低中医治疗相关烫伤风险，并提高患者对中医治疗的依从性，具有重要的推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of the quality evaluation standard for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing in the nursing management of TCM hospitals, and to provide practical basis for improving the quality of TCM nursing management.
Methods A total of 120 inpatients and 20 on-duty nurses from a tertiary TCM hospital from June 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases each according to the random number table method. The observation group was provided with TCM characteristic nursing quality evaluation standard based on the routine nursing management and in accordance with the actual situation of the hospital, and the intervention lasted for 6 months. The control group followed the routine nursing quality management model. The mastery of TCM nursing plans by nurses, the qualified rate of TCM nursing technical operations, the occurrence rate of TCM treatment risks related to scalding, and the compliance of patients with TCM treatment and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.
Results At the end of the intervention, the overall satisfaction of nursing in the observation group (96.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.00%). The mastery of TCM nursing plans by nurses, the qualified rate of TCM nursing technical operations, and the compliance of patients with TCM treatment were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group, and the occurrence rate of TCM treatment-related scalding was lower in the observation group.
Conclusion   The application of TCM characteristic nursing quality evaluation standard in the nursing management of TCM hospitals can effectively improve the mastery of TCM nursing plans by nurses, standardize TCM nursing technical operations, reduce the risk of TCM treatment-related scalding, and improve the compliance of patients with TCM treatment, which has important promotion and application value.
