Observation on the application of closed-loop full-process nursing management in shortening the turnaround time of day surgery for cataract
闭环式全流程护理管理在缩短白内障日间手术周转时间中的应用观察

摘要

目的 探讨闭环式全流程护理管理应用于白内障日间手术，对手术周转时长、护理工作效率及护理安全的干预效果。方法 采用前瞻性随机对照研究，选取2025年5月-2026年5月本院862例单眼年龄相关性白内障日间手术患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各431例。对照组实施常规分段式护理管理，观察组开展闭环式全流程护理管理，对比两组各诊疗环节耗时、总周转时长、护理工作效率、护理不良事件及护理返工情况。结果 观察组入院登记至入室时长（16.32±3.56）min、手术室滞留时长（30.12±4.32）min、术后留观时长（62.37±7.12）min、手术总周转时长（102.35±10.14）min均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组单日护理接诊量（25.14±2.86）例高于对照组，护理专项咨询应答时长（22.15±4.28）s短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理不良事件发生率1.86%、护理返工率1.39%，分别低于对照组6.73%、5.57%（P＜0.05）。结论 闭环式全流程护理管理依托信息化打通诊疗信息壁垒，可显著压缩白内障日间手术各环节等候时长，提升护理人力使用效率，减少护理不良事件，保障老年患者手术安全，适合眼科日间手术临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective This study explores the intervention effect of closed-loop full-process nursing management on the operation turnaround time, nursing work efficiency and nursing safety in cataract day surgery.
Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted. 862 patients with unilateral age-related cataract undergoing day surgery in our hospital from May 2025 to May 2026 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 431 cases in each group. The control group received conventional segmented nursing management, while the observation group implemented closed-loop full-process nursing management. The time spent in each diagnostic and therapeutic stage, total operation turnaround time, nursing work efficiency, nursing adverse events and nursing rework rate were compared between the two groups.
Results The time from admission registration to entering the operating room (16.32 ± 3.56) min, operation room stay time (30.12 ± 4.32) min, postoperative observation time (62.37 ± 7.12) min, and total operation turnaround time (102.35 ± 10.14) min in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05); the daily number of nursing consultations in the observation group (25.14 ± 2.86) cases was higher than that in the control group, and the response time for specialized nursing consultation (22.15 ± 4.28) s was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the incidence of nursing adverse events and the rework rate in the observation group were 1.86% and 1.39% respectively, which were lower than 6.73% and 5.57% in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Closed-loop full-process nursing management, relying on information technology to break through the information barriers in diagnosis and treatment, can significantly shorten the waiting time for each stage of cataract day surgery, improve the efficiency of nursing personnel, reduce nursing adverse events, ensure the safety of elderly patients during surgery, and is suitable for clinical promotion and application in ophthalmic day surgery.
