The impact of comfort nursing combined with proactive psychological intervention on preoperative anxiety and postoperative recovery in elective cesarean section patients
舒适护理联合预见性心理干预对择期剖宫产产妇术前焦虑及术后康复的影响

摘要

目的 为了探究舒适护理联合预见性心理干预对择期剖宫产产妇术前焦虑及术后康复的影响。方法 选取2024年3月-2025年3月的择期剖宫产产妇病历资料70例，按照随机分组方式分为对照组和观察组，各35例。分析两组患者术前的焦虑抑郁状态，术后恢复时间，疼痛程度和护理舒适度。结果 干预前，两组患者的焦虑抑郁情绪状态分（p＞0.05），干预后术前，观察组患者的情绪状态优于对照组（p＜0.05）；观察组患者的术后恢复时间低于对照组（p＜0.05），疼痛程度较对照组轻（p＜0.05），护理舒适度较对照组高（p＜0.05）差异均有统计学意义。结论 舒适护理联合预见性心理干预能够有效缓解择期剖宫产产妇的术前焦虑状态，减轻产妇的疼痛程度，促进产妇术后快速恢复，提升患者的护理舒适度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of comfort nursing combined with predictive psychological intervention on preoperative anxiety and postoperative recovery in scheduled cesarean section patients.
Methods Medical records of 70 scheduled cesarean section patients from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 35 cases each. The preoperative anxiety-depression status, postoperative recovery time, pain levels, and nursing comfort were analyzed in both groups.
Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in anxiety-depression scores between the two groups (p>0.05). After intervention, the observation group showed better emotional status than the control group (p<0.05), with statistically significant differences. The observation group had shorter postoperative recovery time (p<0.05), milder pain levels (p<0.05), and higher nursing comfort (p<0.05) compared to the control group, all with statistically significant differences.
Conclusion   Comfort nursing combined with predictive psychological intervention can effectively alleviate preoperative anxiety, reduce pain levels, promote rapid postoperative recovery, and enhance nursing comfort in scheduled cesarean section patients.
