摘要
目的 分析强化规范性安全流程护理管理对护理人员管理质量的影响。方法 采用回顾性研究设计，选取我院2024年1月至2025年12月期间在岗护理人员126名为研究对象。依据护理管理实施时间节点进行分组，以2024年1月-2024年12月实施常规护理管理为对照组，2025年1月-2025年12月实施强化规范性安全流程护理管理为观察组。结果 观察组护理不良事件发生率明显低于对照组，护理文书书写合格率、手卫生依从性评分及满意度评分明显更高（P<0.05）。结论 强化规范性安全流程护理管理有助于降低护理不良事件发生率，提升护理文书质量与手卫生依从性，进而改善患者满意度。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of strengthening standardized safety process nursing management on the quality of nursing staff management. Methods A retrospective study design was adopted, and 126 nursing staff on duty in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. Grouping is based on the implementation time nodes of nursing management, with routine nursing management implemented from January to December 2024 as the control group and strengthened standardized safety process nursing management implemented from January to December 2025 as the observation group. Results The incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the qualification rate of nursing document writing, hand hygiene compliance score, and satisfaction score were significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening standardized safety process nursing management can help reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events, improve the quality of nursing documents and hand hygiene compliance, and ultimately improve patient satisfaction.
