Analysis of the application value and impact on quality of life of predictive nursing in Alzheimer’ s disease
预见性护理在阿尔兹海默症中的应用价值和对生活质量的影响分析

摘要

目的 分析阿尔茨海默症患者接受预见性护理的价值。方法 回顾性分析本院收治90例阿尔茨海默症患者病历资料（时段：2024年9月-2025年9月），根据资料记录所接受护理模式分组，包括对照组45例（接受常规护理）、观察组45例（接受预见性护理）。分析病历资料相关评估数据。结果 护理后，观察组简易智能精神状态检查量表（MMSE）、日常生活活动能力（ADL）得分较对照组增高，老年抑郁量表（GDS-15）、跌倒风险评估量表（HFRM）得分较对照组减少（P＜0.05）。护理后，观察组痴呆生活质量量表（DQoL）得分较对照组增高（P＜0.05）。结论 阿尔茨海默症患者接受预见性护理，有助于改善认知功能及负性情绪，降低跌倒风险，增强日常生活能力，提高生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of predictive nursing for patients with Alzheimer's disease.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 90 Alzheimer’s disease patients admitted to our hospital (period: September 2024-September 2025). Patients were grouped based on the nursing models recorded, including a control group (45 cases receiving routine care) and an observation group (45 cases receiving predictive nursing). Relevant assessment data from the medical records were analyzed.
Results After nursing intervention, the observation group showed higher scores on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) compared to the control group, while scores on the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS-15) and Fall Risk Management (HFRM) were lower (P<0.05). The observation group also demonstrated improved scores on the Dementia Quality of Life Scale (DQoL) (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Predictive nursing for Alzheimer’s disease patients helps improve cognitive function and negative emotions, reduce fall risk, enhance daily living abilities, and improve quality of life.
