摘要
目的 探讨县域医共体输液港维护网络构建及效果，提升服务可及性、规范性与安全性。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年12月县域医共体收治的80例输液港留置患者，随机分为对照组、观察组各40例。对照组采用传统模式，患者仅限县级医院维护，无基层联动管理；观察组依托医共体构建县乡村三级网络，实施同质化培训、质控、信息化管理及分级随访。比较维护依从性、并发症发生率及就医相关指标。结果 观察组维护依从率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组输液港并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组往返时间、维护费用显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 三级维护网络可下沉静疗资源，减并发症与就医负担，提升依从性及满意度，适合县域推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the construction and application effect of the port maintenance network in county medical community, and improve the accessibility, standardization and safety of services. Methods A total of 80 patients with indwelling infusion port admitted to the county medical community from January 2024 to December 2025 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group adopted the traditional mode, and patients only received maintenance in county-level hospitals without grassroots linkage management. The observation group constructed a county-township-village three-level network relying on the medical community, and implemented standardized training, quality control, information management and hierarchical follow-up. The maintenance compliance, complication incidence and medical treatment related indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The maintenance compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The incidence of infusion port complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The round-trip time and maintenance cost of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The three-level maintenance network can sink intravenous therapy resources, reduce complications and medical burden, and improve patients' compliance and satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion in county areas.
