Analysis of the impact of standardized health education on pediatric asthma care
标准化健康教育对小儿哮喘护理的影响效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在小儿哮喘护理中开展标准化健康教育对其康复效果的影响。方法 选取2023年3月至2025年3月期间在我院接受治疗的哮喘患儿86例，分组采取随机数字表法，共分成观察组43例和对照组43例。对照组患儿接受常规护理，观察组患儿开展标准化健康教育护理。对比分析两组取得的护理效果。结果 护理后，观察组患儿家属的照顾能力以及患儿依从性与对照组相比均显著提高，患儿的哮喘发作次数以及症状缓解时间均明显少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 将标准化健康教育应用于小儿哮喘护理管理中，可进一步提高临床护理服务质量，增强患儿家属的照顾能力以及患儿依从性，提升疾病控制效果，减少哮喘发作频率。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of implementing standardized health education in pediatric asthma care on the rehabilitation outcome.
Methods A total of 86 children with asthma who were treated in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2025 were selected. They were divided into two groups using the random number table method, with 43 cases in the observation group and 43 cases in the control group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received standardized health education care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results After the nursing, the caregiving ability of the parents of the observation group and the compliance of the children were significantly improved compared with those of the control group. The number of asthma attacks and the time for symptom relief of the children in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Applying standardized health education to pediatric asthma care management can further improve the quality of clinical nursing services, enhance the caregiving ability of parents and the compliance of children, improve the disease control effect, and reduce the frequency of asthma attacks.
