摘要
目的 探讨PDCA循环管理在住院患者康复延续护理中的应用效果，提高患者康复护理延续掌握率，改善护理质量，提升患者满意度。方法 选取骨科康复病区住院康复患者，将2025年1-6月收治的135例患者设为对照组，实施常规康复护理；将2025年7-12月收治的135例患者设为观察组，运用PDCA循环模式开展康复延续护理质量持续改进。比较两组患者康复掌握率、护理工作质量及患者满意度。结果 实施PDCA管理后，患者康复护理延续掌握率由75.2%提升至88.1%，患者心理状态明显改善，护理质量有所提高，患者满意度明显提升，差异均具有统计学意义。结论 将PDCA管理模式应用于住院患者康复延续护理，可有效规范护理流程，提升康复护理落实效果，对促进患者康复、保障住院安全具有积极作用，值得在临床护理工作中推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application efficacy of PDCA cycle management in continuous rehabilitation nursing for hospitalized patients, so as to raise patients’ mastery level of ongoing rehabilitation nursing, optimize nursing service quality and improve patient satisfaction. Methods The hospitalized rehabilitation patients in the Second Ward of Yangzhi Building were enrolled in this study. A total of 135 patients admitted from January to June 2025 were assigned as the control group receiving routine rehabilitation nursing, while another 135 patients treated from July to December 2025 were set as the observation group, which adopted the PDCA cycle mode to implement continuous quality improvement of continuous rehabilitation nursing. The rehabilitation mastery rate, nursing quality and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the implementation of PDCA management, the patients’ mastery rate of continuous rehabilitation nursing increased from 75.2% to 88.1%. Meanwhile, patients’ psychological status was greatly improved, nursing quality was elevated obviously, and patient satisfaction also achieved a prominent rise, with statistically significant differences between groups. Conclusion The application of PDCA management mode in continuous rehabilitation nursing for hospitalized patients can effectively standardize nursing procedures and strengthen the implementation effect of rehabilitation nursing. It plays a positive role in facilitating patient rehabilitation and ensuring inpatient safety, which is worthy of wide promotion in clinical nursing practice.
