摘要
目的 本文旨在探讨在护理实习生临床教学的过程中实施带教小组模式的效果。方法 选取2026年1月至5月在我院实习的50名护理专业学生作为研究样本，将其按照带教模式的不同分为传统带教的对照组与带教小组模式的观察组，每组25例，从理论水平、实践能力、临床思维、问题解决、团队协作、自主学习能力以及满意度（总体满意度、目标清晰度、反馈及时性、学习压力）等方面来对比两组教学效果。结果 观察组教学效果显著优于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在护理实习生临床教学中采取带教小组模式有助于提高实习生教学质量，提升其综合能力。

Abstract
Objective This study aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing a teaching team model in the clinical training of nursing interns. Methods Fifty nursing students who interned at our hospital from January to May 2026 were selected as the study sample. They were divided into a control group receiving traditional teaching and an observation group receiving teaching group mode, with 25 students in each group. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared in terms of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, clinical thinking, problem-solving abilities, team collaboration, autonomous learning abilities, and satisfaction (overall satisfaction, goal clarity, timeliness of feedback, and learning pressure).Results The teaching effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing a teaching team model in the clinical training of nursing interns can improve teaching quality and enhance their comprehensive abilities.
