Observation on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis after gynecological malignant tumor surgery
妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成患者运用综合护理干预的效果观察

摘要

目的 本研究拟评估综合护理干预措施在妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者防治下肢深静脉血栓形成中的应用价值。方法 研究选取符合纳入标准的该类术后患者作为研究对象，采用随机分组方式将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组实施标准术后常规护理，而观察组则在此基础上叠加系统化、多维度的综合护理方案以强化干预效果，比较两组干预前后的下肢静脉指标、凝血功能指标、临床总有效率、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 干预后，观察组下肢周径差小于对照组，静脉血流速度快于对照组，凝血功能指标优于对照组，临床总有效率、护理满意度高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组。结论 对妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）患者实施综合护理干预，可有效改善下肢静脉回流与凝血功能，提升疗效，降低并发症风险，提高护理满意度，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to evaluate the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention measures in preventing and treating lower limb deep vein thrombosis in patients after gynecological malignant tumor surgery.
Methods The patients who met the inclusion criteria after the surgery were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received standard postoperative routine care, while the observation group received a systematic and multi-dimensional comprehensive nursing plan in addition to the standard care to enhance the intervention effect. The lower limb venous indicators, coagulation function indicators, clinical total effective rate, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after the intervention between the two groups.
Results After the intervention, the difference in lower limb circumference between the observation group and the control group was smaller, the venous blood flow speed was faster than that of the control group, the coagulation function indicators were better than those of the control group, the clinical total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group.
Conclusion   Implementing comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis (DVT) after gynecological malignant tumor surgery can effectively improve lower limb venous return and coagulation function, improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the risk of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and has clinical promotion value.
