摘要
胰腺炎作为临床常见急腹症，发病率逐年上升，饮食护理与营养支持贯穿疾病全程，直接影响患者康复与预后。本文梳理胰腺炎饮食护理与营养支持的最新研究进展，分析不同阶段饮食管理策略、营养支持方式选择及特殊营养素应用价值，探讨当前研究存在的问题与未来发展方向，为临床制定个体化干预方案提供参考。

Abstract
Pancreatitis, as a common clinical acute abdominal condition, exhibits an increasing incidence year by year. Dietary care and nutritional support are integral throughout the disease course, directly influencing patient recovery and prognosis. This article reviews the latest research advancements in dietary management and nutritional support for pancreatitis, analyzes dietary management strategies at different stages, selection criteria for nutritional support modalities, and the clinical value of specific nutrients. It also examines current research limitations and future research directions, providing insights for developing personalized intervention protocols in clinical practice.
