摘要
目的 探究立体导引法对青少年脊柱侧弯的具体疗效。方法 选取2024年7月-2025年7月医院推拿科收治的88例青少年脊柱侧弯患者，通过电脑随机抽选分组，每组44例。对照组采取常规康复治疗，观察组采取立体导引法治疗，比较两组疗效。结果 观察组经立体导引功法的总有效率（95.45%）显著高于对照组（81.82%），P＜0.05。结论 立体导引功法治疗青少年脊柱侧弯的临床疗效显著，值得推荐。

Abstract
Objective To explore the specific therapeutic effect of three-dimensional guiding method on scoliosis in adolescents. Methods A total of 88 adolescent patients with scoliosis admitted to the hospital’s massage department from July 2024 to July 2025 were selected and randomly grouped by computer, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, while the observation group was treated with three-dimensional guiding method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after three-dimensional guiding exercises (95.45%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.82%), P<0.05. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of three-dimensional guiding exercises in the treatment of adolescent scoliosis is remarkable and is worth recommending.
