Observation of the gradient rehabilitation model in the nursing of young and middle-aged patients with meniscus injury
梯度康复模式在中青年半月板损伤患者护理中的观察

摘要

目的 观察在中青年半月板损伤患者中开展梯度康复护理模式的应用效果。方法 随机选取我院接收的中青年半月板损伤患者60例，通过入院顺序号进行分组，将30例单号患者分为对照组，30例双号患者分为观察组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组开展梯度康复护理模式,对比分析两组护理效果。结果 护理后，观察组患者的疼痛程度和焦虑程度均明显轻于对照组，下床活动时间和住院时间短于对照组，发生的并发症少于对照组，膝关节功能以及生活活动能力改善效果优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在中青年半月板损伤患者中开展梯度康复模式，能够进一步提升临床护理服务质量，减轻患者的疼痛程度，改善因疼痛所引起的负性情绪，减少并发症发生，促进患者身体恢复。

Abstract

Objective To observe the application effect of gradient rehabilitation nursing mode in young and middle-aged patients with meniscus injury.
Methods 60 cases of young and middle-aged patients with meniscus injury in our hospital were randomly selected and grouped by admission sequence number. 30 cases of patients with single number were divided into control group and 30 cases of patients with double number were divided into observation group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given gradient rehabilitation nursing mode. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.
Results after nursing, the degree of pain and anxiety of patients in the observation group were significantly lighter than those in the control group, the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization were shorter than those in the control group, the complications were less than those in the control group, and the improvement effect of knee joint function and life activity ability in the observation group was better than that in the control group, (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   the gradient rehabilitation mode in young and middle-aged patients with meniscus injury can further improve the quality of clinical nursing service, reduce the degree of pain, improve the negative emotions caused by pain, reduce complications, and promote the physical recovery of patients.
