Application of ear copper scratching massage combined with auricular point pressure bean therapy in the nursing of patients after laparoscopic appendectomy
耳部铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆疗法在腔镜阑尾切除术后患者护理中的应用

摘要

目的 分析耳部铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆疗法在腔镜阑尾切除术后患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年6月-2025年6月我院收治的30例腔镜阑尾切除术后患者，按照不同护理模式分为两组，对比常规护理（对照组，n=15）与耳部铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆疗法（观察组，n=15）的临床效果。结果 观察组胃肠功能恢复时间、VAS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组腹胀发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组干预后生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 腔镜阑尾切除术后通过耳部铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆疗法护理，可以降低腹胀发生率，缓解疼痛，促进胃肠功能尽快恢复，提升术后生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of ear copper scraping massage combined with auricular point pressure bean therapy in the nursing of patients after laparoscopic appendectomy.
Methods 30 patients who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing modes. The clinical effects of conventional nursing (control group, n=15) and ear copper scraping massage combined with auricular point pressure bean therapy (observation group, n=15) were compared.
Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of abdominal distension in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the quality of life score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Through ear copper scraping massage combined with auricular point pressure bean therapy in the nursing of patients after laparoscopic appendectomy, the incidence of abdominal distension can be reduced, the pain can be relieved, the gastrointestinal function can be restored more quickly, and the postoperative quality of life can be improved.
