Application of critical ultrasound in the assessment of skin failure in critically ill patients
重症超声在危重患者皮肤衰竭评估中的应用

摘要

目的 评价重症超声在危重患者皮肤衰竭评估中的应用效果与价值。方法 选取2025年4月-2026年4月内危重症患者74例，基于重症超声应用前后为时间段区分对照组和观察组，对照组37例接受常规皮肤衰竭评估，观察组37例在常规皮肤衰竭评估基础上采用重症超声评估，对比评估效果。结果 不同皮肤衰竭评估方法应用下，观察组患者皮肤损伤早期识别时间、皮肤损伤愈合时间、ICU住院时长及总住院时长均短于对照组，且皮肤衰竭发生率及皮肤损伤相关并发症发生率更低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 重症超声能帮助早期识别皮肤损伤，从而帮助临床采取有效处理措施，改善皮肤衰竭预后，具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application effect and value of critical care ultrasound in the assessment of skin failure in critically ill patients.
Methods A total of 74 critically ill patients from April 2025 to April 2026 were selected. Based on the time period before and after the application of critical ultrasound, a control group and an observation group were divided. The control group (37 cases) received routine skin failure assessment, while the observation group (37 cases) received critical ultrasound assessment on the basis of routine skin failure assessment. The evaluation effects were compared.
Results Under the application of different skin failure assessment methods, the observation group had shorter early recognition time of skin injuries, healing time of skin injuries, ICU hospitalization time, and total hospitalization time than the control group. In addition, the incidence of skin failure and skin injury related complications was lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Severe ultrasound can help identify skin injuries early, thereby assisting in effective clinical treatment measures and improving the prognosis of skin failure, and has high application value.
