Effect of high-quality nursing by operating room nurses on the incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery
手术室护理人员在腹腔镜手术护理中实施优质护理对其下肢静脉血栓率的影响

摘要

目的 探讨手术室优质护理在腹腔镜手术中的应用效果及对术后下肢静脉血栓的预防作用，为临床血栓防控护理提供参考。方法 选取2024年1月至2025年12月收治的80例腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各40例。对照组实施手术室常规护理模式，观察组在常规护理基础上开展系统化优质护理干预。比较两组护理满意度、下肢静脉血栓发生率及术后并发症发生率。结果 观察组非常满意占比更高，不满意的病例更少，总满意度显著高于对照组，术后并发症及下肢静脉血栓发生率均低于对照组，组间对比差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对腹腔镜手术患者开展手术室优质护理，可有效预防下肢静脉血栓，改善术后不适，提升护理服务水平，适宜临床普及运用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality operating room nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery and its preventive effect on postoperative lower extremity venous thrombosis, so as to provide references for clinical nursing of thrombosis prevention and control.
Methods A total of 80 patients receiving laparoscopic surgery admitted from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine operating room nursing, while the observation group was given systematic high quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction, incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group had a higher proportion of very satisfied cases and fewer dissatisfied cases, with significantly higher overall satisfaction. The incidence of postoperative complications and lower extremity venous thrombosis was lower in the observation group. The between group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery, high quality operating room nursing can effectively prevent lower extremity venous thrombosis, relieve postoperative discomforts and improve nursing service quality, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
