Analysis of the effect of standardized operating room thermal protection nursing in the care of femoral neck fracture patients
标准化手术室保温护理在股骨颈骨折患者护理中的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析标准化手术室保温护理在股骨颈骨折患者护理中的效果。方法 将2024年11月-2025年11月接收的84例股骨颈骨折患者纳入研究，随机分为研究组与参照组，每组42例。参照组给予传统手术室护理，研究组增加标准化手术室保温护理，对比两组效果。结果 术前，两组应激指标均较为接近（P＞0.05）；术后1h，两组心率、肾上腺素均提高，研究组低于参照组（P＜0.05），体温均降低，研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）。研究组完全苏醒用时、气管拔管时间短于参照组，手术不良症状总占比低于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 标准化手术室保温护理在股骨颈骨折患者护理中的效果理想，有助于减轻应激反应，加快术后苏醒，减少低体温、寒战等手术不良症状。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of standardized operating room temperature maintenance care in the nursing of patients with femoral neck fractures.
Methods A total of 84 patients with femoral neck fractures admitted from November 2024 to November 2025 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received traditional operating room care, while the study group received additional standardized operating room temperature maintenance care. The effects of the two groups were compared.
Results Before the operation, the stress indicators of both groups were relatively close (P>0.05); 1 hour after the operation, the heart rate and adrenaline of both groups increased, and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05), and the body temperature of both groups decreased, with the study group being higher than the control group (P<0.05). The time for complete awakening and tracheal extubation in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the total proportion of adverse surgical symptoms was lower in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Standardized operating room temperature maintenance care has an ideal effect in the nursing of patients with femoral neck fractures, which can help reduce stress responses, accelerate postoperative awakening, and reduce adverse surgical symptoms such as hypothermia and shivering.
