Study on the application effect of ultra-early rehabilitation nursing in patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery and the improvement of motor function
超早期康复护理在脑出血术后患者中的应用效果及运动功能改善情况研究

摘要

目的 研究脑出血术后患者采用超早期康复护理的应用效果以及对运动功能的改善状况。方法 依据组间资料均衡可比的原则筛选我院2024年10月-2026年1月收治的60例脑出血术后患者，对照组30例进行常规康复护理，观察组30例进行超早期康复护理，相应护理开展后，评估两组患者的护理效果和运动功能。结果 观察组的护理有效率高于对照组，运动功能评分和关节活动度观察组患者均大于对照组，差异有统计学价值（P＜0.05）。结论 超早期康复护理用于脑出血术后患者，可显著提升护理效果，提高其运动功能与关节活动度。护理价值高，值得进行推广。

Abstract

Objective To study the application effect of ultra-early rehabilitation nursing in patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery and the improvement of motor function.
Methods According to the principle of balanced and comparable data between groups, 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage after surgery admitted to our hospital from October 2024 to January 2026 were selected. The control group of 30 patients received conventional rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group of 30 patients received ultra-early rehabilitation nursing. After the corresponding nursing was carried out, the nursing effect and motor function of the two groups of patients were evaluated.
Results The effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the motor function score and joint range of motion of the patients in the observation group were greater than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Ultra-early rehabilitation nursing for patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery can significantly improve the nursing effect, enhance their motor function and joint range of motion. It has high nursing value and is worthy of promotion.
