摘要
糖尿病肾病患者常合并多种基础疾病，身体状况较差，发生各种并发症的风险较高。血液透析是维持此类患者生命的核心治疗方案，加强血液透析过程中的护理干预，有助于加快患者康复进程，提高其对治疗的接受程度和满意度。本文通过搜索并回顾近年来相关文献，对细节护理干预在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的应用效果和研究进展进行综述。文章首先对血液透析治疗中的护理要点进行提炼，随后从血管通路维护、并发症预防、营养支持以及心理与社会支持等方面阐述其创新应用，为临床护理提供参考。

Abstract
Diabetic nephropathy patients often have multiple underlying diseases and poor physical conditions, with a higher risk of various complications. Hemodialysis is the core treatment plan for maintaining the lives of such patients. Strengthening nursing intervention during hemodialysis can help accelerate the patient’s recovery process, improve their acceptance and satisfaction with the treatment. This article searches and reviews relevant literature in recent years to summarize the application effect and research progress of detailed nursing intervention in diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing hemodialysis. The article first extracts the key points of nursing in hemodialysis treatment, and then elaborates on its innovative applications from aspects such as vascular access maintenance, complication prevention, nutritional support, and psychological and social support, providing reference for clinical nursing.
