摘要
目的 探讨红外热成像技术在压力性损伤早期预警中的应用效果。方法 选取石嘴山市第一人民医院多科室住院患者为研究对象,用FILR ONE PRO手机外接探头红外热成像仪获取骶尾部温度及热成像特征,同时采用Braden量表评估风险,SAS 9.4软件处理数据。结果 预试验失访率14.3%,压力性损伤发生率0.2,初步显示损伤组与未损伤组骶尾部温度及热成像存在差异;正式研究纳入200例患者,损伤发生率20.0%,红外热成像技术预警曲线下面积(AUC=0.892)显著高于Braden量表(AUC=0.726),且可提前48小时识别早期迹象。结论 红外热成像技术无创、客观、及时,预警效果优于Braden量表,可有效指导临床早期干预,值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of infrared thermography technology in early warning of pressure injuries. Methods Patients admitted to multiple departments of the First People’s Hospital of Shizuishan City were selected as the research subjects. The FILR ONE PRO mobile phone external probe infrared thermal imaging instrument was used to obtain the temperature and thermal imaging characteristics of the sacrococcygeal region. The Braden scale was used to assess the risk, and SAS 9.4 software was used to process the data. Results The pre trial lost to follow-up rate was 14.3%, and the incidence of pressure injury was 0.2. Preliminary results showed that there were differences in sacrococcygeal temperature and thermal imaging between the injury group and the non injury group; The formal study included 200 patients with an injury incidence rate of 20.0%. The area under the warning curve of infrared thermal imaging technology (AUC=0.892) was significantly higher than that of the Braden scale (AUC=0.726), and early signs could be identified 48 hours in advance. Conclusion Infrared thermography technology is non-invasive, objective, timely, and has a better warning effect than the Braden scale. It can effectively guide early clinical intervention and is worth promoting.
