Analysis of the role of comprehensive quality nursing in patients undergoing thoracentesis and catheterization
全面优质护理在胸腔穿刺置管术患者中的作用分析

摘要

目的 探讨全面优质护理在胸腔穿刺置管术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2024年5月-2025年11月收治的30例胸腔穿刺置管术患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组15例。对照组采用胸腔穿刺置管术常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施全面优质护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，组间对比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；术后各时间VAS疼痛评分更低，护理满意度更高，组间差异均存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 全面优质护理用于胸腔穿刺置管术患者，并发症呈降低趋势，可显著减轻术后疼痛、提升护理满意度，效果优于常规护理，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive quality nursing in patients undergoing thoracentesis and catheterization.
Methods A total of 30 patients who underwent thoracentesis and catheter placement at our hospital from May 2024 to November 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table, with 15 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing care for thoracentesis and catheter placement, while the observation group received comprehensive high-quality nursing care in addition to the conventional care. The nursing outcomes between the two groups were compared.
Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with no statistically significant difference (P＞0.05); the VAS pain scores at various postoperative time points were lower, and the nursing satisfaction was higher, with statistically significant differences between the groups（P＜0.05）.
Conclusion   Comprehensive quality nursing for patients with thoracentesis and catheterization shows a trend of reducing complications, can significantly relieve postoperative pain and improve nursing satisfaction, which is superior to routine nursing and worthy of clinical promotion.
