Study on the application effect of refined perioperative nursing in patients undergoing cranial surgery
精细化围手术期护理在颅脑外科手术患者中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 分析在颅脑外科手术患者中应用精细化围手术期护理。方法 将2025年1-12月内于本院就诊接受颅脑外科手术患者80例为研究对象，依据随机分组法分40例常规围术期护理，40例观察组实施精细化围术期护理，对比负性情绪、神经受损评分、并发症发生概率。结果 护理前，观察指标无明显差异，（P﹥0.05）。而护理后，观察组SAS（焦虑自评量表）焦虑评分优于对照组，NIHSS（美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表）神经受损评分优于对照组，并发症概率优于对照组，差异对比有统计学意义，（P﹤0.05）。结论 在颅脑外科手术患者中应用精细化围手术期护理可改善围术期焦虑和远期预后，且可以降低并发症概率，加速预后康复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application of refined perioperative nursing in patients undergoing cranial surgery.
Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent cranial surgery in our hospital from January to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random grouping method, 40 patients were divided into a routine perioperative care group and an observation group, which received refined perioperative care. Negative emotions, neurological damage scores, and the probability of complications were compared.
Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in observation indicators (P>0.05). After nursing, the SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale) anxiety score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the NIHSS(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) nerve damage score was better than that of the control group, and the probability of complications was better than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of refined perioperative nursing in patients undergoing cranial surgery can improve perioperative anxiety and long-term prognosis, reduce the probability of complications, and accelerate prognosis recovery.
