摘要
目的 探究早期湿性愈合护理对创伤患者创面愈合及瘢痕增生的应用效果。方法 将80例创伤患者随机均分两组，对照组采用常规干燥护理，观察组予以早期湿性愈合干预，对比两组各项愈合相关指标与瘢痕增生情况。结果 观察组创面愈合优良率更高，肉芽组织生长更佳，瘢痕增生发生率显著低于对照组，组间差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 早期湿性愈合护理可加快创伤创面恢复，提升愈合质量，减少瘢痕增生，临床适用性强。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of early moist healing nursing on wound healing and scar hyperplasia in trauma patients. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine dry nursing, while the observation group adopted early moist healing intervention. Relevant indexes and scar hyperplasia rate were compared. Results The observation group had higher excellent healing rate, better granulation tissue growth, lower scar hyperplasia rate, with statistical differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion Early moist healing nursing can accelerate wound recovery, improve healing quality and reduce scar hyperplasia, which is worthy of clinical application.
