The impact of hierarchical management on the nursing quality of surgical room staff
层级管理对手术室护理人员护理质量的影响

摘要

目的 观察在进行手术室护理人员管理过程中开展层级管理的作用。方法 在本院2025年1月-12月手术室护理人员中随机抽选40名作为观察对象，随机抽样均分2组，对照组（20名）开展常规手术室管理，观察组（20名）进行层级管理。对两组手术物品准备准确率，术中配合度、护理人员职业认同感、护理管理满意度进行对比。结果 观察组手术物品准备准确率，术中配合度高于对照组，（P<0.05）。护理人员职业认同感，观察组高于对照组，（P<0.05）。护理管理满意度，观察组高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 在进行手术护理管理过程中开展层级管理，可以提升手术物品准备准确率，术中配合度，并增加护理人员职业认同感，提升护理管理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of implementing hierarchical management in the management of surgical room nurses.
Methods 40 surgical room nurses randomly selected from our hospital from January to December 2025 were taken as the observation objects. They were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 20 in the control group and 20 in the observation group. The control group carried out routine surgical room management, while the observation group implemented hierarchical management. The accuracy rate of surgical item preparation, intraoperative cooperation degree, professional identity of nurses, and satisfaction with nursing management were compared between the two groups.
Results The accuracy rate of surgical item preparation and intraoperative cooperation degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The professional identity of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction with nursing management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing hierarchical management in surgical nursing management can improve the accuracy rate of surgical item preparation, intraoperative cooperation degree, and increase the professional identity of nurses and the satisfaction with nursing management.
