Research on rehabilitation nursing interventions for patients with craniocerebral injury and fractures
颅脑损伤合并骨折患者康复护理干预研究

摘要

目的 探究康复护理对颅脑损伤合并骨折患者的实际影响。方法 回顾性纳入2024年10月至2025年10月我院收治的60例颅脑损伤合并骨折患者，根据护理模式及干预时间进行分组，将2024年10月至2025年3月实施常规护理的30例患者设置为对照组，将2025年4月至10月实施康复护理对60例患者设置为观察组。对比两组护理前后的神经功能及运动功能。结果 护理前两组基线数据均无显著差异（P>0.05），护理后观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组，FMA评分相对更高（P<0.05）。结论 对颅脑损伤合并骨折患者实施康复护理可有效改善患者神经功能，增强运动能力。

Abstract

Objective To explore the actual impact of rehabilitation nursing on patients with craniocerebral injury and fractures.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 60 patients with craniocerebral injury and fractures admitted to our hospital from October 2024 to October 2025. The patients were grouped based on the nursing mode and intervention time. Thirty patients who received conventional nursing from October 2024 to March 2025 were set as the control group, and 60 patients who received rehabilitation nursing from April to October 2025 were set as the observation group. The neurological and motor functions of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.
Results There were no significant differences in baseline data between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). After nursing, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the FMA score was relatively higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Rehabilitation nursing for patients with craniocerebral injury and fractures can effectively improve neurological function and enhance motor ability.
