Application research of precision management in the information management of laparoscopic instruments in the operating room
精细化管理在手术室腔镜器械信息化管理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨精细化管理在手术室腔镜器械信息化管理中的应用效果。方法 对本院手术室2023年1月-2024年12月期间使用的200件腔镜器械设备进行回顾性研究。其中，2023年1月-2023年12月期间，采用常规管理模式，作为对照组（n=100件）。2024年1月-2024年12月期间，采用基于信息化的精细化管理模式，作为观察组（n=100件）。对比两种管理模式下的管理效果、管理质量、不良事件发生率。结果 观察组腔镜器械设备的管理效果、管理质量，均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），且不良事件发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），差异均有统计学意义。结论 在手术室腔镜器械信息化管理中实施精细化管理措施，可有效提升管理效果、管理质量，并减少不良事件的发生率，取得了较好的应用效果。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of refined management in the information-based management of endoscopic instruments in the operating room.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 200 endoscopic instrument devices used in the operating room from January 2023 to December 2024. Among them, from January 2023 to December 2023, the conventional management mode was adopted as the control group (n = 100 devices). From January 2024 to December 2024, the refined management based on information technology was adopted as the observation group (n = 100 devices). The management effects, management quality, and incidence of adverse events under the two management modes were compared.
Results The management effects and management quality of the endoscopic instrument devices in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the differences were statistically significant.
Conclusion   The implementation of refined management measures in the information-based management of laparoscopic instruments in the operating room has been shown to effectively enhance management effectiveness and quality, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and yield favorable application outcomes.
